The results of adaptation and validation of the questionnaire HUI for utilitarian health index in children older than 5 years. Received data allowed to make the following conclusion: the Russian version of the questionnaire HUI can be used for life quality evaluation in scientific and clinico-economic researches in pediatrician practice.
