| Summary: | The effectiveness of the enzyme preparations (EP) of the cellulolytic and proteolytic effects of domestic and foreign production on biopolymers of wheat-flaxseed bran, which were obtained using the innovative technology of joint grinding of wheat grain (93%) and flax seeds (7%) developed at the Ail-Russian Research Institute of Grain and products of its processing. The use ofbiomodified wheat-flasxseed bran with different depths of hydrolysis of the main biopolymers in the production of feed and food products, including functional purposes, will significantly increase their nutritional and biological value. |
