Summary:Hydraulic brake system and wet brake for explosionproof rubber tire vehicle increasingly widespread in the coal mine,both the pros and cons of the matching has an important influence to the braking safety and operator comfort.Against the service condition of a series of explosion-proof rubber tire vehicle in the coal mine,when braking is too sensitive,impact is larger,which affect the operation amenity,and lead to damage of drive shaft,torque-converter,transmission,drive axle and transmission components frequently.To successfully solve the problem,of the reasons of problems are analyze,optimum design of the matching of hydraulic brake valve and wet brakes is carried out and the performance is carried out test of brake the test results with the analytical results are consistent.
