替罗非班联合阿加曲班对比替罗非班治疗急性穿支动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的效果观察Comparison of the Efficacy between Tirofiban Combined with Argatroban and Tirofiban in the Treatment of Acute Branch Atheromatous Disease
目的 初步探索替罗非班联合阿加曲班治疗急性穿支动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死（branch atheromatous disease，BAD）的效果。 方法 回顾性纳入2022年1月—2024年5月在盐城市第三人民医院诊治的轻型BAD患者。根据治疗方案，将患者分为替罗非班联合阿加曲班组（双泵组）和替罗非班组。发病7 d内NIHSS评分增加≥2分或肢体功能评分增加≥1分定义为早期神经功能恶化（early neurological deterioration，END），发病3个月mRS评分＜2分定义为预后良好。 结果 共纳入轻型BAD患者83例，其中双泵组31例，替罗非班组52例，两组基线指标比较差异无...
