description Trichoadenoma (TA) is a benign follicular tumor that was initially described as organoid follicular hamartoma. It is usually a solitary, slowly growing nodular lesion that is commonly found on the face or buttocks of adults. The clinical appearance of the tumor is often misleading due to its resemblance to multiple common skin conditions. We present a case of TA in a 12-year-old male patient who had several clustered papules across his right lower eyelid with typical histopathological findings of multiple horn cysts with laminated keratin in the epidermis and dermis, surrounded by eosinophilic squamous epithelium, with no hair shafts. A complete surgical excision is the preferred treatment approach. In our case, a few lesions were removed using curettage. The patient wanted a wait-and-watch approach; hence, further intervention was deferred.
