description It is found that Amixin, Imunofan and Polyoxidonium reduce the depth of suppression of humoral immune response and cytokine profile disorder in conditions of the course administration of doxorubicine. Amixin more active corrects changes of IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-6 contents, while Imunofan and especially Polyoxidonium more effectively contribute to the stabilization of IL-2 and IL-6 contents, which is apparently associated with effect on different target cells and the characteristics of the molecular mechanisms of action of each of the drugs.
