| description | According to the principle of spatial skew axis helical gearing with instantaneous straight line contact,a new type worm gearing could be formed.A new gear grinding way without axial feeding based on the principle of the worm gearing,and how to make up the machine,motions needed in the machine and relationship of the motions are dissertated.How to adjust the machine,how to design the shape of the worm grinding wheel are described.The theoretical analysis results indicate that it’s possible to grind gears with the worm grinding wheel without axial feeding by the right and proper design,and one or double tooth surfaces could be grinded exactly.Non-axial feeding,simple structure,and higher efficient are the remarkable features of this technology. |
