Summary:Nonrelativistic equation of motion of the mass point with internal degrees of freedom in scalar potential U depending on time and relative coordinates, and velocity and accelerations is obtained. Equations of motion lead to equation of balance of energy, whose conservation takes place when potential function does not depend on time and accelerations. The equations obtained are applicable to a motion of the electron, spin of which is interpreted from the viewpoint of classical mechanics.
