| description | The growing number of TV series shot in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais is the result of a regional policy which aims to promote creative and cultural industries. The article is based on the hypothesis that series differ from other forms of fiction shot locally in that, in connection with the Séries Mania Festival, they would be more conducive to a change of image and would perhaps better promote a process of demarginalisation of the spaces of the region which are still marked by the crisis. This implies questioning the local experiments carried out to take advantage of these film shoots and to try to make them a lever for stimulating new dynamics, particularly - but not only- in terms of (film)-tourism. |
