Description
Summary:We present the results of a systemic biological analysis of human proteome proteins, biological functions of which are somehow related to the metabolism of B group vitamins and the molecular implementation of nociceptive processes. Among 983 proteins involved in the homeostasis of B vitamins, 21 proteins were involved in the molecular mechanisms of nociception, 91 proteins were involved in the regulation of inflammation processes, and 17 proteins were involved in the neuroprotective and neurotrophic effects of B vitamins. All these groups of proteins are important for the treatment of neuropathic pain associated with the degeneration of nervous tissue.
