| Summary: | Objective To summarize the comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with oral malignant tumors during radiotherapy period. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 56 patients with oral malignant tumors who received radiotherapy in the hospital. Key issues of comprehensive nursing included: psychological care, oral care, nutrition support, functional exercise before radiotherapy; prevention and treatment of oral mucosal reaction, radiodermatitis and other radiotherapy-induced complications, pain control, and dietary nursing during radiotherapy; rehabilitation guidance, regular reexamination and follow-up, psychological support and enhancement of self-care ability. Results Comprehensive and systematic nursing interventions had successfully relieved the uncomfortable symptoms during radiotherapy, reduced incidence of complications and improved quality of life of patients. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing strategy during radiotherapy is potentially effective to relieve suffering of patients, improve the treatment effect and rehabilitation, which is of great significance in the comprehensive treatment of patients with oral malignant tumors. (目的 探讨口腔恶性肿瘤患者放疗期间全方位照护实施效果。方法 回顾性分析56例口腔恶性肿瘤放疗患者的临床资料, 总结护理措施, 包括放疗前的心理护理、口腔护理、营养支持、功能锻炼; 放疗中口腔黏膜反应的护理、疼痛护理、放射性皮炎的护理、饮食护理、并发症观察及护理; 放疗后康复指导、定期复查、心理支持、提高自护能力和随访。结果 通过全面、系统的干预, 本组患者在放疗过程中的不适症状得到有效缓解, 放疗依从性均有提高, 且有效控制了并发症风险, 生活质量得到有效改善。结论 在放疗期间实施全面、科学、有效的护理措施, 能够减轻患者痛苦, 提高治疗效果, 促进康复, 在口腔恶性肿瘤患者的综合治疗中具有重要意义。) |
