description The regulations on green investments and sustainable economic activities introduced by the European Union, which were immediately applied in response to the pandemic crisis in order to control recovery measures under the NextGenerationEU, introduced the concept “do no significant harm” (DNSH). Referring to the EU Taxonomy, it binds implementation of the PNRR and PDC interventions to a stringent control of actual sustainability. The technical and economic feasibility projects of the PINQuA quality of living programme for North Naples and the Litorale Domizio, developed for the third-party activity by the Federico II Department of Architecture are the focus of research aimed at achieving EU objectives of environmental sustainability.
