description The study aimed to identify the level of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior among Omani workers in small and medium enterprises in Al Buraymi Governorate and to investigate the impact of distributive, procedural and interactional justice on the organizational citizenship behavior among Omani workers. The study community consisted of Omani workers in small and medium enterprises in Al Buraymi Governorate in Oman and the study sample contained (363) Omani workers. The researcher used the descriptive approach as the study method and the questionnaire as the study tool. The study concluded that the level of organizational justice and the organizational citizenship behavior obtained a (medium) response degree for Omani workers in small and medium enterprises in Al Buraymi Governorate, and the existence of a statistically significant effect of distributive, procedural and interactional justice on the organizational citizenship behaviors of Omani workers in small and medium enterprises in Al Buraymi Governorate. The study recommended the need for officials and decision makers to make fair and impartial decisions among employees and the need for managers to pay attention to the distribution of wages, incentives, and workload according to merit and efficiency
