PALATOPLASTY FOR HORSE SHOE CLEFTS THE MEDIAN PALATAL MUCOPERIOSTEAL FLAP TECHNIQUE
A new technique of palatoplasty in horse-shoe clefts in 11 cases is presented. A Median mucoperiosteal flap has been used to minimise tension on the nasal layer.
