| Summary: | This article aims to explore the collaborative mechanism between the strategic management of medical insurance funds and the improvement of medical service quality. Specifically, the interaction between the two will be analyzed from three dimensions: policy design, resource allocation, and implementation process. At the policy design level, research how to achieve the organic combination of medical insurance fund and medical service goals through scientific and reasonable institutional arrangements; In terms of resource allocation, explore how to optimize the efficiency of the use of medical insurance funds and promote fair distribution of medical resources; During the execution process, attention should be paid to the coordinated operation of medical insurance fund management and the improvement of medical service quality, analyzing the contradictions and coordination strategies in key links. On this basis, this article proposes improvement suggestions with collaborative management as the core. By improving the policy framework, perfecting the fund supervision mechanism, optimizing the service quality evaluation system, and strengthening the support of technological means such as big data analysis and artificial intelligence technology, we will promote the efficient utilization of medical insurance funds. At the same time, strengthen the sense of responsibility and capacity building of medical service providers, and form a mutually beneficial interaction pattern between fund management and service quality improvement.
