There is the author's interpretation of knowledge intensive services, which can solve the problem of ambiguity in understanding of the definition in this industry. In the article the various views of researchers about the distinctive features of knowledge intensive services are discussed and by their classification and subsequent analysis the author reveals those which most clearly characterize and identify this sector of the economy. |
