Tensoresistive properties of heterogeneous film materials based on refractory metals
We present the experimental investigation results of the tensoresistive properties of heterogeneous film systems based on Re or Fe oxide phases and the metal component of hcp-Re (hcp is the hexagonal close-packed lattice) or a-Mo (a is the amorphous phase).
