Summary:A dual-cosine curve of meshing pair which can design a new type of oscillating tooth gear transmission with any tooth-difference is presented and the profile equation of the surge wheel and the internal gear is deduced.By using MATLAB programming for the profile equation,the profile design of surge wheel and internal gear belong to oscillating tooth gear transmission with any tooth-difference is realized,the data of 3Dspline for the design of oscillating tooth gear transmission is provided,and of the influence of tooth profile parameter on the profile curvature is analyzed.Be different from equivalent mechanism method used in traditional research of oscillating tooth gear transmission,the design method based on dual-cosine curve of meshing pair can finish the design of oscillating tooth gear transmission with any tooth-difference just by change several parameters.
