But careful case selection has to be done and consideration has to be given to the influence of adjuant modalities needed in the management.This article reviews the various aspects of limb salvage in extrimity sarcomas including the methods of reconstruction in deatil. Problems of reconstruction in a growing child is also dealt with separately. |
