Summary:The intermittent motion mechanism is mostly existing defect,such as large impact and short down time.A new kind of multi-equal arc planet gear intermittent mechanism is proposed.On the basis of researching its constitution and operation principle,the motion law under six kinds of condition in a period is found and the corresponding mathematical model is established,the relation curve of each motion parameters following the change of active solar wheel corners are given.The research of stationary test,systematically discussion and optimization of the parameters are carried out.Compared with the sheave,the average angular acceleration is reduced to 1.35rad/s2 by 5.41rad/s2.The nonstationary property in motor processes of intermittent motion mechanism is effectively solved,the largest idle time is up to 120°,the practical value is obvious.
