| description | Objective To analyze the effect of antimicrobial photodynamic therapy as an auxiliary treatment for severe periodontitis, and summarized related nursing measures. Methods Clinical data of 30 patients with severe periodontitis were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received auxiliary treatment and related nursing interventions. Results The symptom of pyorrhea was disappeared after first treatment in 109 affected teeth, and was relieved in 11 affected teeth after second treatment. The probing depth(2～4 mm) and gingival bleeding index (0～1) had decreased at six- and eight-week follow-up. Conclusion The antimicrobial photodynamic therapy is an effective treatment for severe periodontitis, and standard nursing management helps to improve the efficacy of periodontitis treatment. (目的 分析重度牙周炎患者采用光动力抗菌疗法辅助治疗的效果, 总结护理经验。方法 回顾性分析2022年11月—2023年11月中山大学附属口腔医院收治的30例重度牙周炎患者的临床资料, 均采用光动力抗菌疗法辅助治疗, 同时完善围手术期护理。结果 120颗患牙中, 90. 83%(109/120)的患牙牙周袋溢脓消失, 9. 17%(11/120)患牙溢脓减轻, 经二次光动力抗菌治疗后溢脓消失。治疗后6周和8周复查, 探诊深度降为2～4 mm, 探诊出血指数降为0～1, 治疗效果稳定。结论 光动力抗菌疗法是一种安全有效的重度牙周炎辅助治疗手段, 规范护理有助于提升治疗效果。) |
