Summary:Aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign hemorrhagic, cystic, locally aggressive lesion of the bone, affecting the pediatric and adolescent populations, and it has a female preponderance. It is the most common benign tumor of the fibula. Surgical intervention includes techniques such as en bloc resection and intralesional curettage. Some authors now prefer using less invasive options as the primary treatment. The purpose of this technical note is to describe the details of endoscopic curettage of aneurysmal bone cyst of the distal fibula.
