Summary:To satisfy the requirement of 5 100 m altitude height Qingzang railway rail detection, GTC-80 plateau rail flaw detection vehicle was developed. Pertinence measures was adopted for the bad climatic conditions of high altitude, low atmospheric pressure, oxygen lack, high coldness, big temperature difference, sand storm etc. With advanced flaw detection system, styles, position, degree and alteration of rail damaging was automatically detected, analyzed, recorded and printed, which filled the application requirement of plateau area.
