| Summary: | This research sheds light on the exchange treatment in the money exchanging market in the city of Erbil, and took samples of direct exchanging of money. It strived to clarify the concept of this transections, then revealing the methods of hand by hand, then, judging the extent to which this form of exchange agrees with the rules of the exchange contract in Islamic jurisprudence, as this form of exchange is one of the most widespread in the market. The research here adopted the method of induction and comparison, and relied on interviewing market people from money changers and currency dealers in order to reach an accurate explanation of the reality of this form of exchange. In conclusion, the researcher recorded the most prominent results and recommendations.
