| Summary: | This paper summarized the practice of Hufu copper-bian scrapping therapy and nursing management for a patient with mammary eczema. Based on the nursing assessment and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, Hufu copper-bian scrapping was conducted to regulate of Qi activity and relive the dehumidification and itching. Nursing interventions such as health education and exercise guidance were carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms and prevent recurrence of the disease. (本文总结1例虎符铜砭刮痧治疗乳房湿疹患者的护理体会。基于护理评估结果以及辨证分型, 采用虎符铜砭刮痧技术调畅气机、健脾除湿、祛风止痒, 并配合健康宣教, 加强锻炼, 对改善患者乳房湿疹瘙痒症状和预防复发有显著效果。) |
