The authors determine and evaluate the impact of the basis factors on effectiveness of activity of milk-producing enterprises. The types of regions by scale of production and consumption of milk products is offered which is based on the methods of multidimensional classification and allow to identify groups of regions that have the similar self-supportability of milk goods. |
