Summary:A kinematical model of an excavator is established based on the multi-body mechanics theory.In ADAMS,the simulation model of mechanical system for excavator is build using the virtual prototype technology.Then,typical work condition of the excavator is simulated exactly in the virtual situation,and the work state is analyzed.And the dynamic simulation for excavator is carried under no-load.The relation between the speed,acceleration and angular acceleration are attained.A basis of the optimal design and simulated analysis of excavator is established.
