Description
Summary:At present, Russia has developed domestic analogue of Memantine Akatinol — Memaneyrin in the form of droplets which is pharmaceutically equivalent drug memantine Akatinol. The aim of this study was to investigate the bioequivalence of the two formulations of memantine: Memaneyrin (drops, 10 mg) and Akatinol memantine (drops, 10 mg). Bioequivalence assessment was carried out by determining the concentration of memantine in plasma of volunteers, which was determined by HPLC with mass spectrometric detection.
