Summary:Riders use horse that are morphologically quite far from their wild ancestors, but who have maintained their evolutionary specificities. Its proximity to us has encouraged the development of a strong anthropomorphism. The objective of this presentation is to show what are the strengths and limitations that the Nature has provided to this animal, and show how the equestrian art takes advantage of these specific adaptations.
