Summary:It introduces the topology of cascaded high-voltage inverter systems, and then proposes high voltage inverter system based on DTC control , due to application demand on precise speed control and fast torque response. After a brief introduction on the basis of the principle of DTC control, it constructes a CPS-DTC control module, set up a HVI-DTC simulation platform by combining with cascaded voltage inverter system topology. The torque response of HVI-DTC was deduced on this platform and then was compared with HVI-VF’s on the basis of VFFF control when adding and diminishing load abruptly. Simulation and test results verified the feasibility of the HVI-DIC system.
