| description | Under the background of speed-up and heavy load of railway freight car in China, the demand for electro pneumatic braking, intelligent electronic monitoring and on-line operation safety monitoring is increasingly prominent. However, restricted by the operation and maintenance system of China's railway freight car, the existing vehicles are not equipped with power supply devices,resulting in that the electronic equipment cannot be applied. A technical solution for the shaft end generator installed at the end of the axle was put forward. However, due to the high impact vibration at the end of the axle, the high requirements of the generator volume and lightweight, the bad external environment, and the harsh requirements for the temperature rise and the reliability, the application of the shaft end generator would be seriously restricted. Aiming at the above difficulties in the development of shaft end generator,through electromagnetic-thermal-structure multi-physical field simulation and high protection level structure design of stator and rotor,a shaft end generator was developed, and the prototype trial production was completed. With the construction of shaft end generator test platform, the prototype type test and rolling platform test were completed, which met the requirements. |
