المشاكل والمحددات التي تحد من دخول الاستثمار الأجنبي الى الع ا رق وتشخیص القطاعات الاقتصادیة
والمجالات التي یمكن للمستثمر الأجنبي من الاستثمار فیها وتحقیق عائد كبیر منها وكذلك تحقیق الرقي
والاستفادة منه بالنسبة للع ا رق .
Abstract
This search deals with an important topic, which is the economic reform. It
has been applied in many countries of the world where the subject is an attempt
to identify the extent of the role and the impact of this reform in the process of
attracting foreign direct investment, and the countries of the world are
competing to win by the largest possible proportion of it, so Iraq seeks ,within
its modest political and economic circumstances, to do economic reform for the
purpose of identifying the problems and the determinants that restrict the entry
of foreign investment into Iraq and diagnosing the economic sectors and areas
that could be invested by the foreign investor and achieving significant income
of them as well as to achieve progress and take advantage of it for Iraq
