Summary:The main objective of the present study is to determine the role of employee conscientiousness in enhancing organizational reputation. The study adopted a descriptive-analytic approach to interpret and analyze the data collected from the respondents. A questionnaire was used as the main instrument for collecting data from the rehabilitation sample. A total of 41 questionnaires were distributed to department heads in the study hospitals, all of which were returned and considered suitable for analysis, yielding a response rate of 100%.  The researcher utilized SPSS statistical software for data analysis. The look at reached numerous conclusions, the most remarkable being that entrepreneurial intuition performs a giant function in improving organizational popularity, as perceived by using the take a look at members. Based on those findings, the research provided several guidelines, the maximum distinguished of which emphasized the importance of fostering the dimensions of entrepreneurial instinct due to its important role in enhancing organizational reputation, which in flip positively influences the general success of the enterprise.
