description This study investigated the effects of a 12-week functional training (FT) program on motor and cognitive abilities in elderly individuals with mild to moderate dementia. Groups were comparable in terms of demographic characteristics such as age (Group 1: 72.1 ± 6.2; Group 2: 71.8 ± 5.9, p>0.05) and physical activity levels (sedentary majority in both groups).
