| Summary: | The article represents the state analysis and problems of organizing work with book monuments in the Central Library of Nizhny Novgorod region, which has a significant collection of rare and valuable books and carries on large-scale and systematic activity to identify, study and promote book monuments. A main activity direction of the library with such documents is scientific and methodological support. Acting as a regional center for dealing with book monuments, NSRUSL provides a set of measures to create the regional Union catalogue of book monuments and replenishment of the All-Russian catalogue of book monuments with information about Nizhny Novgorod stockholders and book monuments. |
