Description
Summary:Loess has the characteristics of wet and soft, high water content, high compressibility, etc. In order to prevent the deformation of loess foundation in water, it is necessary to take effective measures for foundation treatment. Taking the foundation of Longzhong loess area as the research object, split grouting foundation reinforcement technology is applied. The capacity and settlement of the treated foundation are tested and evaluated. Engineering practice and field test analysis show that after split grouting reinforcement, the original loess foundation has a good splitting effect and forms complex branches around the single pile. The bearing capacity of the reinforced foundation is obviously improved, and the engineering characteristics of loess are greatly improved. The settlement of an emergency residence near the site was significantly reduced within 30 days after reinforcement by splitting and grouting and stabilized within 30–60 days after reinforcement. The abovementioned results can provide a reference for similar site foundation treatment engineering.
