2020/2021 school year? This research uses research methods quantitative.
Research population This as much as 80 people, and that entire
population used as a sample. Data collection using questionnaires, And
documentation. Analysis data using multiple linear regression formula.
The research results show that emotional and interpersonal intelligence
have a significant effect on the PAI learning outcomes of Ma'arif Bumi
Restu Palas High School students, Lampung Regency South. From the
results of regression calculations linear multiple obtained equation
ȳ=47,476+0.227X1+0,152X2 constant 47,476 describes the magnitude of
learning outcomes PAI if not influenced by emotional intelligence and
interpersonal intelligence. Coefficient regression b1 is 0.227 illustrates the
magnitude of the increase learning outcomes, if accompanied emotional
intelligence variable, meanwhile regression coefficient b2 of 0.152
illustrates the magnitude of the increase learning outcomes if
accompanied by interpersonal intelligence
