Summary:This research is based on the problem of the gap between emotional, interpersonal intelligence and PAI learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is there an influence of intelligence emotional impact on students' PAI learning outcomes High School Ma`arif Buni Restu Palas Lampung South for the 2020/2021 academic year Is there an influence of interpersonal intelligence on PAI learning outcomes Ma'arif Buni Restu Palas South Lampung High School student lessons 2020/2021? And Is there an influence between emotional intelligence and intelligence interpersonal on the PAI learning outcomes of Ma`arif Buni Restu Palas High School students Lampung South for the 2020/2021 school year? This research uses research methods quantitative. Research population This as much as 80 people, and that entire population used as a sample. Data collection using questionnaires, And documentation. Analysis data using multiple linear regression formula. The research results show that emotional and interpersonal intelligence have a significant effect on the PAI learning outcomes of Ma'arif Bumi Restu Palas High School students, Lampung Regency South. From the results of regression calculations linear multiple obtained equation ȳ=47,476+0.227X1+0,152X2 constant 47,476 describes the magnitude of learning outcomes PAI if not influenced by emotional intelligence and interpersonal intelligence. Coefficient regression b1 is 0.227 illustrates the magnitude of the increase learning outcomes, if accompanied emotional intelligence variable, meanwhile regression coefficient b2 of 0.152 illustrates the magnitude of the increase learning outcomes if accompanied by interpersonal intelligence
