Summary:The municipalities carry out numerous tasks of their own. For this purpose, they can create their own organizational units, as well as enter into contracts with private entrepreneurs. The rules of the various tasks are defined by the specific laws, which shows how the municipality can carry out these tasks. On the basis of special laws there are some models of conduct, eg. an obligation to conclude a civil law contract, to create their own entities or mixed solutions. The article attempts to analyze the models of carry out the municipalities own tasks on the basis of laws: the collective water supply and discharge of wastewater, the public transport and on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
