| Summary: | This paper summarized the nursing experience of four cases of tibial plateau fractures with osteofascial compartment syndrome treated by incision decompression. Incision decompression of the osteofascial compartment syndrome was performed immediately for complex tibial plateau fractures complicated by the occurrence of acute osteofascial compartment syndrome. Considering the development of the patient's condition, nursing intervention were carried out including accurate assessment of the condition, postoperative enhanced incision care, general situation care, psychological care and other corresponding care measures. Once a tibial plateau fracture occurs combined with osteofascial compartment syndrome, it aggravates the complexity of the condition and has serious consequences. The key to the treatment lies in early detection and timely incision decompression. It is beneficial to promote the recovery of patients by carrying out corresponding nursing care measures. (本文总结4例胫骨平台骨折合并骨筋膜室综合征经切开减压治疗的护理经验。对复杂胫骨平台骨折合并急性骨筋膜室综合征立即行筋膜间室的切开减压术, 针对患者的病情发展, 给予准确的病情评估, 术后加强切口护理、全身情况护理、心理护理等对应的护理措施。临床上一旦发生胫骨平台骨折合并骨筋膜室综合征, 会加重患者病情。治疗的关键在于早期发现, 及时切开减压。同时, 从观察要点、处理流程和处理过程中进行对应的护理措施, 有利于促进患者康复。) |
