Description
Summary:Abstract In this study, the synergistic mechanism of charge structure, stemming materials and blasting parameters in blasting vibration control was explored by means of field experiment and numerical simulation. The following study has been carried out: (1) Based on the control variable method, the dynamic response difference between the interval charge and the continuous charge is quantitatively analyzed, and the optimal charge structure is determined; (2) On the basis of interval charge, the optimization of two kinds of stemming materials is carried out by finite element analysis; (3) Through field parameter optimization experiments, it is proved that when the inter-hole delay is 33 ms and the inter-row delay is 86 ms, the PPV is the lowest. This study can provide experience for similar open-pit blasting projects.
