Mediastinal Hemangioma Mimicking Thymic Tumour
ABSTRACT Mediastinal hemangioma is a rare cause of an anterior mediastinal mass. Careful imaging review, including evaluation for a potential feeding vessel, should be performed prior to potential surgical resection to reduce the risk of complications such as massive bleeding.
