Currently SHPT is managed by drug therapy and surgery. Parathyroidectomy is indicated for refractory SHPT patients. This review summarizes the latest pathogenetic mechanisms of SHPT， the choices of different treatments and the complications and managements after SHPT. It was intended as a theoretical basis for treating SHPT. |
