| Summary: | The launching of the television programs via satellite in Tunisia has had a remarkable impact on viewers. It led to a massive “satellite broadcasting" throughout almost every home. Thus, a new social phenomenon has emerged among the predominant changes that marked the end of the millennium. Thus, this article deals with the different approaches and attitudes of the actors. It aims more precisely, by adopting a pragmatic perspective, at the contextualization of the parable phenomenon parable in Tunisia by including the historical, jurido-political and socio-cultural dimensions there. In other words, beyond a functional vision of the parable in terms of communication, the objective of this paper is to analyze how various actors invest and use this effective and significant technology that is also representative and how they vehicle their interests and their representations through strategies and through ideals which drive them either to direct confrontations, or to tactical relations, or even to implicit alliances. |
