| Summary: | BACKGRO UN D. The lack of scientific papers on the forecast of clinical toxicology development.MATERIAL. Diagnostic, medical and organizational technologies in different periods of clinical toxicology development in Russia.METHODS. Historical, predictive and analytical.RESULTS. We analyzed trends and research results in the field of clinical toxicology and other sections of science (knowledge about the natural mechanisms of detoxification, adopted detoxification methods and its monitoring, individualization of detoxification effects, state of the toxicological aid organization to the population).CONCLUSIO N. The fundamental positive shift in the development of clinical toxicology occurred due to introduction of the complex detoxification therapy and creation of Toxicology Services in Russia. Further improvement of urgent care delivery in acute poisonings is associated with the progress of all its units: diagnostic, therapeutic, organizational, legal, and educational. Also, it will be related with timely implementation of advanced medical technologies based on the achievements of the world scientific and technical progress. |
