The findings reveal a declining share of agriculture in total employment, accompanied by high rates of informal work and an aging workforce, with minimal participation from younger generations. Key recommendations include developing educational and financial support programs for young farmers, modernizing agricultural practices, and implementing rural development strategies to ensure the sector’s long-term sustainability and growth.
