Description
Summary:The existence of a policy of limiting activities by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in limited educational activities in schools. Online learning is an alternative for students and educators to be able to carry out learning even though they do not meet face to face in carrying out the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) process. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing learning approaches and strategies that can be implemented in online learning. The literature review method shows that online learning strategies can be implemented: control, organizing, and motivation. Meanwhile, the approaches that can be adapted to online learning are Student-Centered, individual, educative, and emotional approaches. This type of strategy and approach can be adjusted by the teacher depending on the conditions faced by students and teachers. With learning strategies and approaches, teaching and learning activities can be carried out properly and in a structured manner even though they are carried out online. Therefore, it is important for educators to develop learning strategies and approaches that suit the conditions and needs of students.
