| Summary: | In the current paper is presented the energy consumption in CTE Rovinari,
considering its importance in SEN. The condensate circuit is also shown. At the Rovinari thermal
power plant, the technology for producing electricity is the condensing regime. Electricity is
obtained by transforming the thermal energy of steam into mechanical energy, by expansion in the
turbines of the blocks, followed by the transformation of mechanical energy into electricity by
driving electric generators. |
