Summary:Tram station is a public place for passengers to wait, exchange and evacuate trams. The station is one of the most important operation places of autonomous-rail rapid transit( ART). Station service systems such as passenger information system(PIS), public address(PA), closed circuit television (CCTV), automatic fare collection(AFC) and platform screen door(PSD) can not only ensure the efficient operation of ART and passenger safety, but also improve the passenger riding experience. In order to further improve the stability of station systems, a station location control system was developed to ensure the normal operation of station service system in case of communication failure. This paper introduced the system framework and functions of ART station service system, and put forward a prospect for its future development.
