Description
Summary:With the rapid growth of renewable energy sources in the global energy system, research on technologies for integrating new energy sources into the grid is gradually increasing. The harmonic problems caused during the grid integration process are receiving increasing attention. The monitoring and suppression of harmonics is greatly significant for the stability of power system operation. This paper analyses the harmonic generation mechanism of new energy grid integration and its impact on grid stability, and lists a variety of harmonic measurement methods and harmonic responsibility assessment tools. By analysing and summarizing the existing technology, this paper will be the basis for the subsequent research of new energy grid-connected technology. It has reference value for making the grid performance more optimised and ensuring the operation of the power system. It should be emphasised that new energy grid-connected harmonics are different from traditional harmonics research methods, so more detailed analyses are needed to support the development of theory and practice.
