Summary:The article highlights the factors contributing to innovation. Describes the organizational conditions are necessary for successful implementation of innovations. The author pays special attention to the existing innovation infrastructure: engineering centers and industrial parks. The author leads the way in the use of these facilities for innovation in tourism and hospitality. Also consider the strengthening of interaction of the enterprises of the tourism industry with institutions of innovative activity development, which act as a catalyst for private investment in priority sectors and sectors of the economy and create conditions for the development of innovation infrastructure. The article addresses the issues of changing the personal training concept. Tourism industry needs the personal, which will be oriented towards innovation and quality growth. The author developed a list of organizational, information and human activities and a roadmap for the implementation of innovations in the sphere of tourist services and the transition to the best available technologies.
